Actor. Singer. Passionate Mover (That's right).

Born across the street from a cornfield in Carmel, Indiana, Christopher M. Ramirez is a proud first-generation Colombian American artist who has spent the last decade acting, singing, learning—and yes, goofing off.
His work has taken him from Broadway (Real Women Have Curves) to New York stages, including The Public Theater’s Delacorte Theater as part of Shakespeare in the Park, as well as into television and film. A multifaceted artist, he moves fluidly between mediums, always in search of connection, curiosity, and play.
At the core of his practice is a simple rule: don’t take it all too seriously. Find the fun. Because somewhere inside that play is where the truth begins.

Currently starring as Anzick in Blood/Love, a new glam rock opera at Theatre 555.
This summer, he joins the cast of Giulia: The Poison Queen of Palermo at The PAC, playing Governatore in a new musical by Grammy Award winner Jennifer Nettles, directed by Tony Award winner Mary Zimmerman.

BODAS — Actor / Co-Producer
A bilingual adaptation of Federico García Lorca’s Blood Wedding, BODAS is a deeply personal project for Christopher. In collaboration with adaptor/director Matías De La Flor and co-producer Emilia Suárez, the piece explores love, fate, and violence through a lens of magical realism and cultural duality.
As a proud first-generation Colombian American, this work sits at the heart of his artistic mission: to create new, dynamic theater alongside Latin artists and to tell stories that bridge language, identity, and tradition.
